problems loading 16 bit wave samples

hey guys im having problems loading wave samples in my triton,i dont have an SCSI so im using the floppy disk drive and whenever i try to do it the triton doesnt recognize it the samples are wave format 16 bit 44 khz and i this must work because the triton is compatible with these kind of samples. (hope im not mistaken.)
