I wish to tell my disappointment to korg

I very disappointed with the distributor korg in indonesia
myPA800 have the problem memory fault, and when I contact its distributor to ask the replacement
they tell have to pay [for] its part for the price of US$300, they tell, they also have to buy its part in italy, though I still have the warranty

so.... what warranty function.

i am very..... very..... very.... disappointed with korg

any solution from all friend in here to concerning my problem

If it's under warranty, they must fix it. How long have you had you PA800?

What's the problem?maybe no use to change,just have a fix it will be ok.
