Does anybody know what my Korg i30 is worth?

It has never been out of the house and is just like new. I still have the original box it came in. It has a built in floppy drive but no hard dik. I have many floppy disk styles, etc, that go with it and the original manuals. It is really just like new.

A guy wants it and is offering to trade me another instrument for it. I'm interested but not sure of the value of the i30.

Is the i30 still a great keyboard or is it dated? If I sold it what would it be worth?

Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum, Mel. I don't know where you're located, but there was an 'as new' i30 for sale here in Edmonton, Alberta and the seller was asking $1200 Cdn which seemed reasonable to me. Of course, that may or may not be a reasonable price in your market. Take a look at what other comparable keyboards are going for in your area and base your best judgement on that.

Also, see

Plus, do a search on this forum, there may be other i30's for sale.

Good luck.

Hi Mel

Pricing these keyboards is hard. The i30 was a flagship arranger keyboard and I could almost be tempted to buy one (again) - I do not think you will have any problems selling it.

Just last week a NEW Pa1Xpro Elite sold for equiv US$1250 here (from a dealer) and there ar others advertised for US$2850.

Maybe go with your heart, and sell it for what you truly think it is worth.

Good luck

Pete :D
