Hi,
Is there anyway to control the Arp Switch (On,off) externally from a controller keyboard.

If you can send control change messages, in this case CC #98 with value 2, that should do it.

More specifically;
Arpeggiator on/off
[Bn 63 00 Bn 62 02 Bn 06 nn] (nn:00–3F off, 40–7F on)
