SpyGuardPro!?!?

Anyone gone head to head with this spyware virus?
It has kicked my anti-spyware software program's butt!
It has manipulated my pc to the point it won't allow me to even do a destructive recovery!
It has a "Trojan-Downloader.ConHook" embedded in my system to the point when I remove 2 instances, it unleashes 2 to 5 more in other places!
any suggestions????
