Stereo output from extreme

Hi All

I have a couple of questions if any of you can help would be appreciated.

First i am not getting any sound out of right channel on my keyboard only on the l (mono). I have tried changing leads and no difference.
Are there any settings for these on the triton? i've had a look but don't seem to see any.

Secondly i want to plug it through a mixing desk so should i have it set up

L into one channel, panned hard left
R into another, panned hard right?

How are you monitoring the L/R signal ?

Do you hear stereo through the headphones ?
