Bad service from Mr. Tramannoni

Post by kjeld »

I am very  not to get an answear from Mr. tramannoni. We can not always only give shoulder claps to KORG if they dont give us some better support. I think KORG have to investigate the "none service" if they want to keep all the customer. I can say, it is not only i Denmark there are a probblem with sapreparts

I have made a copy of my E-mail to Mr. Tramannoni so you all can see what I mean, and I have still nothing heard from him.
My Client have to cancelate his 3 jobs this Week-end, because of these small parts
Please KORG, we love the instrument but not the "SERVICE" :x

Kjeld, i dont think you mail makes sense at all. He is not a Sales Representative
of Korg. And you really think they would send it right away the day you write
the e-mail?
You think you can order aprts here thru the forum?
Come on people make some sense.

That´s maybe not the normal way - and maybe this man is not in the office

Normally you should contact your dealer and the dealer has the right contact persons at Korg.

I think it´s not up to fix this at Paolo (only because we know him from this forum).

That´s only my few thoughts about that

I dont think it's fair, Proff. musician have to lose job because no supply
KORG in DK have no spareparts, so I have to contact another DK compagny there have to order parts from Sweden
Now the Swedish Korg have to order in Italy 8)
Delivery time minimum 2 Weeks
This part must be in stock in all countries :x
I know it is a very dangerus Q, and I know many not will sympatise (other will), but the FORUM is not only for positive crittic, also negative have to be told.
Mr. Tramannoni could have send the parts same day as good service, "free of charge" (Wittid: ohne berechnung), I mean it is a very little amount, but very important parts. I have never got this problems with ROLAND. If ROLAND not have the parts in DK, it takes only 10 days from Japan  ( I dont said YAMI) but KORK have to make the service mouch better. The theme is not ment to be a discussion coffee club
You can have your meaning :o I have mine 8)
Hope something will be changed.
NEDIM: I have made as a PM to PAOLO 8)

Cheers

Hi Kjeld,

Korg UK have always been most helpful and prompt in the service and spares stock they provide. I am sure they will help you out with spare parts.

www.korg.co.uk

Also Dolphin Music in the UK stock most spare parts for Korg keyboards.

Hi Kjeld,

Well, Paolo Tramannoni has been very helpful to me, so my experience is that he's one of the good guys. Also both Dolphin Music and Korg UK have provided first class service to me, so I'm not about to condemn Korg by agreeing with you.

However I sympathise with the situation you face and there may be bad service in the Denmark outlets if you say so, and that's why I was trying to tactfully suggest you use the same suppliers as me.

Best regards,
Rob

If you have to wait two weeks for the parts then thats what you have to do. I have an Acer laptop, the inverter board has failed and i had to wait two weeks for delivery of the part.

Then another bit failed= another two weeks then finally the harddrive packed up altogether.

At least you know that your board will be fully operational in two weeks !!

Bad service from Mr. Tramannoni
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST MESSAGE TITLE IN THIS FORUM.

Bite the hand that feeds you and you will be sorry. Paolo is under no obligation to even look at this forum, yet he has provided us with a gold mine of information and assistance.

If you have problems with your keyboard you must deal with your dealer or distributor (if we cannot help you from the forum).

I appreciate your frustration but PLEASE do not take it out on Paolo - it is NOT his problem or responsibility.

Hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

Very bad gesture to vent your frustration upon one of the good representatives of Korg, just because he is at this forum.
(I guess all manufacturers have people that peep in the forum their keyboard is discussed, but they -mostly- don't jump in. Mr. Tramannoni does and therefore is an easy target.) If you're not satisfied with the service your dealer provide, or maybe Korg as a whole, that's fine. But aim your criticism to the right person.

Sorry, but Paolo is the only person we know from Korg. I send him a dirrect PM with the Q, NOT in the FORUM. He have still not replied :(
It is not meant as a direct attack to Paolo, but he must be the nearest to the sparepart department :?:
I have been technician with organ and KB and other electrical equipment since 1973, and got my own compagny since 1979.
I have always supported and repaired for my customer and college so quick as possible (specially Proff. musicians)very important
Therefore it is very important to get such cheep parts as next day delivery, specialy proff. parts no discussion about that
The parts I asked for, was to a proff. musician
so I cant se it is a childish theme  think about if it was your KB
Sorry I try to help the members

Cheers
Kjeld
