Playing a list of songs (Jukebox) randomly

Post by evo3 »

Hi to all

I have a question in regards of setting up one play list for the jukebox play on my Pa5X.

As per page 236 of the manual I select one folder containing MP3 songs for playing as background music when I am not playing on stage.
Everything is very good explained and it works, but there is one inconsistent instruction at this page 236.

The chapter "Creating a Jukebox list from a folder" describe that it is possible to create a Jukebox list to play background music in a random-like way.

But when it comes to the "palyback options" at page 241 there is NO random play mode!
Only these tree options are available:
All Once, Single or All loop.

Did I missed something or someone know how to play the songs in a random order?

Nobody knows something about?

Furthermore, I found another very strange behaviour on my Pa5X.
When I select a song out of my songbook that’s contain a midi file and the correspondent Keyboard Set.
It is loading as usual on player 1 and when I start it, it is muting my lower sound of the keyboard set. When I stop it, it is reactivating it?

This does not happen to all my midi file, but only on a couple of it.
I tried also to load on player 2, but with the same problem.
Did someone know what to do here?

By the way on my Pa4X the same midi file works perfectly without muting the lower sound.
