Dead(?) Key...

Hello everybody!
I have a problem with my Korg PA4X. The D#6 Key is dead-ish. By that, I mean that I have to really press it down hard for it to sound. I think that there´s maybe a broken pressure sensor (or something like that) or maybe there is some dust in there...
Did anyone have a similar problem? Can I fix it myself, or should I leave it to a professional?
