Transfer from Kronos to Nautilus

Hello,
As my Kronos is getting old I am considering to purchase a Nautilus, but my main question is regarding transfering my Kronos work on to the Nautilus. There are some discussions regarding conversion but so far I do not know if it is available and what can be transferred. I would like to do the following:
1 - Transfer the Set List
2 - Transfer the songs, including the programs used in them and if possible the wav files.
3 - Transfer some of the Kronos Factory Programs to Nautilus
4 - Use the Kronos sound libraries I purchased to the Nautilus.
I am very interested to know what is feasible with a reasonable effort.
