Kontrol Editor Corrupts AudioMIDI Setup on Mac

I’m having this odd issue and no one has any clue on how to resolve.

My Mac: MBP 14” M1Max 64MB

MOTU M4 Interface

Anytime I open Kontrol Editor it corrupts my AudioMIDI setup. All the Outputs disappear in the MIDI setup in all devices.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, making sure everything is up to date, and even tries a newly created User in Mac.

Support from Kong to MOTU. Do not have a clue on what it could be. Not sure what is causing. It even happens when I do not have the M4 connected.

Hoping someone here might have some suggestions.
