T3 issue

First post here.

I recently bought a T3EX. It appears to work ok except the piano sounds on prog B and some of the combi sound modulated. Do I need to do a factory reset and upload a factory disk? Where can I get an image file of the factory disk?

It appears the the problem is back again. I think it is a problem with the multisounds 100 and beyond. The first 99 are ok. Also when I switch the T3 off and go to program edit I can only select the first 99 multisounds. 100 and beyond say No Option of PROG B sounds however the sound sound ok.

I have tried reloading factory data via sysex however only get the distorted multisounds beyond 99.

What could be the issue?

The problem was with the memory expansion board. It appears the pcm sample above 99 were corrupted. I bought a a replacement board and now it all works well.
