remove songbook

I am a complete newbie to Korg... come from Yamaha PSRs... so, I loaded the songbook for the OSIMO, then the next day loaded it AGAIN

So, now I have double entries in the songbook. I do I remove one that has been loaded? Or, how do I start over with just the internal songbook and add an external one? thanks Hugh

Easiest way is to restore your Pa using the Backup file.

Then you can use the SaveAll file that you also created to load any user data you have saved. Ignore this if you have no user data.

The Osimo set resides permanently on your USB memory stick, you only need to load it once.

In my opinion the most effective way to clean this mess with double songbook records is to remove all records by initialising songbook

This option remove all records from SB at once and is available in the right upper corner. Please remember that this operation is irreversible.

At the and you can once again load Osimo SongBook data.

OK - as a newbie - can you walk me through getting to this option of initialising the song book? I know they are 2nd nature to those who have been doing them, but confusing to those who have just obtained their keyboard. thanks

Initialising will erase all Songbook entries including the default ones

OK - thanks for the responses. Am only a slight newbie now. Figured out the reset, reloaded the various sets I wanted, so... on to more learning. Really appreciate the help.

1. Click SongBook button
2. Go to SetList tab (choose from TouchScreen)
3. From upper right corner menu choose Initialize SongBook

Notice: Above operation will cause removing all records and setlists and can't be undone.
Of course you can restore original SongBook with Factory Restore option.
