Pa Manager is so expensive. Do you know of nay other software that can just just remove certain sounds from the PCM and styles you don't want out of a set to make it fit?

Pa Manager is so expensive. Do you know of nay other software that can just just remove certain sounds from the PCM and styles you don't want out of a set to make it fit?
