Dear All.

I would like to inquire, I have a korg pa4x instrument. There is a fault that the display becomes inactive by random (does not respont to touch.) The instrument remains usable, the buttons do not freeze, but the display does not respont to touch. Only restarting(off on) the instrument will help. What could be the problem? Not always but it has happened a few times already.
It has the latest operating system. Thanks in advance.

Do you used lift your display or tilt it it?
There is a ribbon that connects from the display to the main keyboard, there is a possibility of getting loose.

I also have such a problem, it helps to replace the power cord for better quality
