Minilogue XD not recognized over USB on Mac OS 10.14.6

I've been trying to use the Minilogue XD Librarian over USB, but when trying to connect I get an error "Failed to open MIDI Port".

I've installed the USB Driver
The Minilogue XD is set up correctly to send/receive MIDI via USB on channel 1.
The XD does not show up in the Audio/MIDI setup in OSX.

Am I missing a step?
