strange problem with joystick on pa500

hi,
here is my problem... as soon as using pitch bend on my Pa500 , every note on right hand has been transposed 2 semi tones! (depend on pitch bend sensivity) . I tried changing pitch bend hardwares ( the 10K volume , wires , ...) I think 100% it's not the hardware . I also tried factory reset and earasing OS and load it again and... but the problem still remains.
any ideas?
