Does this synth recognize MIDI volume cc#7? I assume not based on the MIDI chart in the manual... but WTF?

Can the expression be controlled from an external MIDI controller expression pedal #11?

Yes, I'm using CC11 with a Yamaha expression pedal, which can be routed to most anything.

Sadly whatever you perform with CC11 is only responded to; it's not sent via MIDI Out so you can't record what you did. But it'll respond to it. I've raised it with Korg, but they've got bigger fish to fry firefighting the tuning issue.
