Velocity Problem on Some Keys

Hi everyone. About ten keys on my Kross sound like I'm banging the key even when I;m playing softly. I've done some research and found that it's probably some debris at the connection.
Does anyone know how to take the Kross apart? I've tried but failed.
I have tried to contact Korg but can not find a contact number.
VERY disappointed.
