Urgent help for my son's dog needed

Hi Sharp. If this is not allowed, please delete this post. However, my son is in desperate need of funds to save his beautiful border collie mix dog that was recently hit by a school bus. He has drained his bank account just for the initial veterinary hospital bill. The link to the Go Fund Me post below explains. I would very much appreciate the allowance of this post.
Friends, if you love animals or have friends who love animals, please donate ($5 goes a long way multiplied many times) or alert others to my son's urgent need for funds. He has set the maximum at $5000. Currently it stands at $970, but he has two more big bills coming up for surgery, treatment and medications and he has depleted his bank account.
