Direct access folder

Is there a limit to the number of style files you can put in the folder?

I'm sure it's restricted to the 12 User Banks 12x48 = 576 slots...

Can the direct access folder option work with the performances also?

As i tried, i could directly play the styles, however, when i accessed the performances, and clicked on the performances, the performance just disappears from the slot. I doubt whether direct access folder is open to access performances even!

As far as I'm aware only styles are accessible from Direct Access. It's still a vast improvement on what we had before with previous models. It does free up your style user banks instead of having to load to access and review the styles. You can copy the styles you want to keep across from DA to your user Banks.

In the direct folder, you can have :
- Styles
- Keyboard Sets
- Songbook & Set lists
- Pads
but you cannot have sounds

Can we able to access media direct access from the Style play screen ? (from the top right menu ).Looks like this feature is available in PA4X but missing in Pa1000/700.. Please clarify..

Only from Global. On pa4x is the same, after the v.2 update.
