Sometimes when i'm in step mode and i put steps and press play,the timeing just go through and don't play that steps,maybe only few . (Usually part9)
My question is if my volca need repair or it'something normal

Sounds like you are in Step Jump mode?

Parts 9 and 10 choke each other. You've probably got a step already at that place on part 10. 9 and 10 are usually best used for hihats etc.
