Authentication not working

I'm running MacOSX 10.12.6 and the latest Sept 2017 updates and it won't let me authenticate my license key.
It tells me it's invalid even though I copy pasted it from the Korg user web site.
Any clues as to what went wrong?
Pasted from the same computer that will be using the software.

EDIT: Isn't Korg big enough to have their own support?
I couldn't find anywhere to contact them.

Hey man, just to let you know.
I looked out of my Korg account and logged back in and it gave me a different code the second time which worked. It did that several times. So it seems like their site isn't as fast as it should. Also restarting your mac and re asking for the license code also gave me a new different one that made it all work.
