Ginuwine - Pony EFX

Hi ,

Anybody have any idea what the SFX sound is on Ginuwine's song Pony and where I may find it ?
I'm referring to the cartoonish,flutish weird sfx sound you first hear on 0:02 on this Vid link but you hear it through out the entire song . ( not the Burpee low bass vocoder sound) I have that already . I read an article that mentions cartoon special EFx sounds were used but can't seem to find it. Anyone ????

Try playing with the pitch envelope using a square wave as your wave. I guess it’s one of those sounds that’s best sampled. I tried to capture that bass burp sound with the talking modulator so you get that “yeh” sound but the vowels cycle at a fixed rate and reverses. That sound still eludes me. hey lunaluna...what about the initial sound you also mentioned with the low bass vocoder...how did you get that one
