Saving looped tracks to the SD cards

I'm having a problem saving loops to my sequenced songs with the Korg Kross. I've tried as many ways as I can come up with on how to save them permanently to the SD card. I can't find anything on this subject in the manual or Youtube videos. I have followed ever step but no luck. Any help out there??
