Invoice from Korg for EXs purchase

Hi guys,

I recently bought the "New Kronos Sound packs" from ttps://shop.korg.com/kronosSoundLibraries but I got no invoice / receipt for the purchase.

Do somebody of you know how to get in touch with Korg to request one? I think they should take care of sending a legal proof of purchase to their customers...

you did accept the license agreement. and it can be printed out . that and your credit card proof should suffice. Many cos have paperless transx for online sales.

I had the same problem, and sent an e-mail to
customerservice@korgusa.com
They provided a receipt
