Reduced the time required to load samples when the memory card contains an exported "e2sSample.all" file at startup.

I updated to version 2.02 a minute ago. Before I did so I messured the time it took to load all samples (I have 400 drum sounds and 60 seconds free). I clocked it at 48,3 seconds. Now after the update it only took 19,7 seconds. That's freaking great! Nice to have something positive to say about this machine again.
