Xall to PCG conversion without X50

I've got a .xall file that I would like to export as PCG. I've tried to load this .xall to editor without X50 connected to it (nothing seemed to have changed) and exported it to PCG, but the result file seems to be invalid, so it wasn't successful.

Is it at all possible to do this conversion without having X50 connected to computer and editor, for I've got no X50, purpose is to use the sounds with TR.
