Is the the 61 on top a Krome? Not sure with the stand blocking it.

When you look from a backside Krome has logo in left side (not in the middle like Kronos, you can find a image of Krome from backside Diego5150). That's the definitely two Kronos.

Rick Wakeman is also playing two on the current ARW tour- a Kronos X and a Kronos 2:

I imagine all kinds of possibilities of having two Kronos, one controlling both, doubling up combis, layering etc.

I'm not famous or anything but I also use two Kronos . I simply came to the conclusion that the only thing better than a Kronos was two Kronos :D .

I have an x61 and have dabbled in the idea but never could justify it, especially since I am still learning one!

Or doubling the polyphony, by setting one to play the odd notes and the other to play the evens.

If I had 2, I would play the black keys on one and the white keys on the other.

If I had a 3rd, the nano pad would be in charge

If I could, I'd have a second one too. A 61 key for organ and synth stuff. Can't afford it right now though. Buying a car.

Sadly for me, I ended up with 2, not for any of those reasons above, though it is the case now.
I started with a K2-61, and mainly used the pianos to start with. I controlled the Kronos with a Roland FA08, and found the Roland keybed a little heavy for long term playing. I also got caught in the trap of uncertainty, when it came to release velocity, and thought it not being a universal thing among keybeds, and initially thought the Roland didn't transmit it, so decided to get a Kronos X 88 while they were still sold new after the K2 came out. I also valued the Kronos so much, that I wanted to ensure as much longevity in use as possible by having a backup.
The K88 X never leaves it's stand, but the K2 61 travels well, so I have no regrets owning the 2 and having duplication somewhat. I know this is perceived as an indulgence by some, and I recognise this, but I figured that there are far less creative things to "waist" ones money on
Using the 2 in a mix certainly creates some great ensembles with plenty of polyphony to spare :D

I have an 88 and a 73 - most of the time I just gig with one but occasionally I do bring them both out. Certainly the best gigging keyboards I have ever owned. There is nothing that we daren't attempt as the voicings and processing power are there!

Ok, I will believe you. I only own a Kronos. I was only just trying to start a conspiracy and maybe get the Korg brand on Alex Jones :)
