I downloaded the Ex 140 the 1975 Rhodes and they sound very good especially if you like the barking sound. To my ears they sound much cleaner and more like a rhodes with more bite. Just $25 well worth it. Also checked out the Ex 144 the Wurlitzer 200a and they are very nice also. However, i just thought i would give a thumbs up on these 2 libraries. Have not checked the other ones. I am more of a vintage keys person.

Just wondered if anyone has purchased these 2 libraries Ex 140, 144 because for the money they are high quality vintage sounds of the Rhodes and Wurlitzer.

I tried the 140 and 141 and then just went and bought the bundle. Very impressive.

I can confirm that Busch's libraries are simply first class!

I really like the Yamaha C7 EXs 147, 148 pianos. I like the EXs 148 because they sound brighter and clean because of the mic- positioning almost like a stereo sounding piano.

My goal is to provide Kronos owners with the best possible electro-mechnical sample libraries available in hardware. Together with EP-1 and CX-3, the Kronos is the hardware to own, IMHO. I also have a Pianet N and mid-1960s Sparkletop Rhodes in the works near term, plus a lot more planned.

Yeah the Acouticsamples C7 Grand is wonderful instrument. It's my go to piano--it just fits my playing. The plan is to bring more of Acousticsamples' excellent libraries to the Kronos.

The whole set is well worth it.
Didn't think I need any more Rhodes, but I was interested in the CP70b and Clavinet C so I bought the whole bundle. Busch's sampling work with vintage keys has been fantastic and he has freely given a lot to the Kronos community. Three different Rhodes, two Wurlitzer models, a Yamaha CP70b, and a Hohner Pianet for $100 - no brainer. I also purchased Yamaha C7 set and that is wonderful as well.

I purchased the ep bundle over the weekend and the sounds are great. I have a weakness for the old reed pianos anyway. I had a few questions on the install and emailed Purgatory Creek. The response came within a couple of hours and resolved my questions (which were primarily due to my being a Kronos novice). If you like the Rhodes or Wurlitzer e-piano sound, these are a must.
