Kronos piano overtone octave transpose issue

Hi guys!
Has anyone else ran into a problem where if you transpose an SGX-2 piano sound into different octaves you end up with a different set of overtones? I think some other paramaters may vary as well. The problem seems to occur in the program mode when transposed within SGX-2 and also in combi mode.
Here's a sound bite with a bunch of compression and limiter. The first three hits are without transpose. The subsequent three hits are transposed an octave lower but played an octave higher on the keyboard producing enharmonically the same notes.
