Sound related issues (supposedly easy to correct)

I'm not very familiar with my Korg x50 so for some time I've convinced it to only play through one headphone. I assume it's something I've pressed, but it's been some time since I last used it.

Also, when I switch it on I have to:

Select: "Global"
Press: "Page+" 3 times
Select: "Local Control On"

for it to emit any sound onwards from that point (I think the page is Global 1:MIDI) - It's not the headphones themselves in both cases, by the way.

Is there anything you can assist me with?
