Yes I know about this basic functions, but what about the ksc files that have to preloaded? As far as I know there is the option on loading to append the sample data to the already preloaded data. But if no RAM is available anymore I guess you first have to unload a preloaded sample data or to clear the RAM. If I have 3rd party patches on one bank and I don't want to keep all Patches by default.

Let's say I load a whole soundset from QR to one bank. Let's assume you've to add a ksc file to the autoload to have them present after start up. What do I do if I only want to Keep 20 of 130 Patches without preloading the whole ksc file which may contain much more sampling data then needed?

I think they only work within PCG Tools, but I do not mind at all to forward the necessary info to have it supported in TidyKronos.

I solve this for me like this:

1. Delete all sounds, I never use (Or just load the patches I want to use).
I also look with TidyKronos if the patch I want to delete is used by a combination or a song. In this case I "change the timbre reference" (a combination function of TidyKronos) of the combis and songs to another patch that sounds nearly equal.
I put all patches I want to "delete" in a unused (sub)category. I also made a special HD-1 and EXi Init program (e.g. I set the main volume to 0). You can copy these init programs to all that delete-patches in a few steps (using TidyKronos)

2. Starting the Kronos without any sample
Unselect all KSCs in the [Global][Basic][KSC Auto-Load]. And start the Kronos again.
To Korg: It would be nice if there is a key (e.g. the 0 key) that we can press in the first 5 boot-seconds, and no KSC will loading then.

3. Go manually through all programs! And load all samples manually!
Whenever "Samples Not Loaded" is shown on the program main screen, I just "Load only required samples" from the Kornos menu.
Yes, this is a "hard" work, and I wish korg will make this easier.

4. Saving a new KSC file and put only this in the KSC Auto-Load.

After this you can be sure, only the samples are loaded you need only for the programs you want to use.
