Is it possible to create a sample using the sequencer as a source?

I mean, Is there any chance I can assing a key to play a pre-recorded sequence?

If possible, could somebody point me how to do it?

Thank you

create a WAV file from whatever you want from the Sequencer

Load the WAV file in Samping mode

You can create sample in almost every mode. Program, combi, sequencer...

In Sequencer mode, select audio in/sampling tab.

You can make adjustments in the sampling setup menu, but you have templates that will meet your expectations: select the little arrow at the right/high of your screen. Choose Auto HDR/Sampling setup. For your particular need, you will probably select the "Resample SEQ play" template. This template will make all adjustments automatically for you.

Now, when making your sequencer read a sequence, you can record it when sampling rec is on, and start/stop is activated.

Once it has been recorded, your sample should be in ram, to be used in any program. You can even make a program from your sample from the auto/HDR sampling setup menu, by choosing Convert to program, and by choosing the program that will host your sample.
