Hi, i'd lilke to have suggestion about how to create sounds similar to a synth (moog for ex) with the sv1. Is that possible?
Could someone suggest me some settings?

thanks you!

Hi,

I'm afraid it is not possible. It is a vintage stage piano, not a synthesizer...

Bye.

Thank you, but maybe there are some settings that I can use to get a sound similar. Or a midi source?

You can use your SV-1 as a midi (master) controller.

Maybe get yourself a (used) sound module, like for instance a Roland JV1080 (second hand for about 150 euros) or Roland SD50 or Sonic Cell, Ketron SD2, or (much more expensive) Yamaha Motif Rack or Roland Integra.
Just to name a few examples, there are a lot more out there.
A few years ago those sound modules were much more common.

Then you can play a LOT of synth (and other) sounds... !

Of course you can also go for a soft synth solution, by connecting your SV-1 to a computer.
It can even be done with an I-pad nowadays.
Just google for it, and you'll see what I mean.

Good luck!

There's only a few patches that emulate synth sounds; a couple of Oberheim'ish ones and a nice square-wave pad. Different versions of these exist in each soundpack. Look for any patch with the word "Brass" or "Analog" in it... those are it I think.

No Moog-like sounds. :(

thank you so much Frassman.
I will look for some soft synth to connect to the SV1.
