Hi,
I would like to compose Epic and Orchestral music on my KORG PA 600 arranger keyboard. Do you know where I can find free drum sets in these categories on the Web please? Also looking for Epic/Orchestral free PCM sounds for the PA 600 (it they exist).
Thanks in advance!

Have you looked at the Orchestral kits already on the PA600? Like LEGACY >> Drum & SFX >> P2 >> ORCHESTRAL ? You'll find the chromatic timpani there. There is also an Orchestral Kit in the GM section .... GM >> DRUM >> P1 >> Orchestral Kit GM
You can also create you own custom drum kit(s) in Sound mode to get just the instruments and layers you want.
Drum mapping on keyboard or screen?

Hi,
How can I get the drum mapping of the different instruments on the keytboard keys?
I mean: I would like to have a visual of where the various drum instruments are placed to be able to play them during recording.
Can I get them on screen by any chance of the PA 600 or in a PDF?

Very good thanks. But it still doesn't give me a visual mapping of the drum instruments on the keyoboards. These are for the banks...
I used to have a TECHIKS KN 2000 keyboard and the drum instruments were written above each piano key...Not on the PA 600...

When you are creating a new DK the mapping is what ever you want it to be. When you edit a pre-existing DK you can see the mappings in the DK edit window.
As you press a key it will highlight on the screen above. In the example above KEY = C-1 and SAMPLE = #17 BD Dry 1 (Bass Drum Dry 1)
By the way, the reference I gave above is not for the banks, but for the mapping of sample number to sample. This is the Reference Guide not the User Manual.
