Karma new owner need help

hi guys, so i just bought karma, and because its used, the seller ask me to factory reset it, i let him to do that. and after that i have no sounds left in combi and prog, all i have just piano sounds and some another sounds, but its too few
so how to get much sounds in my karma?
do i need to make it?? or should i download it?
pls help
