Totally worth it to me. I'm using it as a drone machine at the moment but have been having fun exploring other sounds too.

Heh, same. I've been using it in a couple of drone/doom bands I play in. It's not as good as my SH-2 for the low stuff, but being able to route the headphones into the ESP and drive the filters with it is pretty mean.
