Okay, now you have my mind running wild. This looks like it'd make the DS capable for gig jams in ways that seem like allot of fun especially if you had another set for leads/bass.

What this looks like, (and I have done this before) is the DS10 is programed with simple kick beat pattern. The kick track is panned to the left and then signal in sent to the "synch in" on the E2/ES2.

Again, this is using the DS10 to trigger a device that has the "sync in".

Nope. That's the badass DSN-12 piped into Audio In and it's being effected and ducked and sequenced and all kinds of stuff with the ES2. Fun. Fun. Fun.

I updated my sampler recently,

I couldn't find anything anywhere about what the updates where?
in version 1.15...
