Does this method create a completely blank machine, or I can use those sounds shared by both version?

it bricked mine. It gets stuck on a system update press enter screen...then any system file you stick on the card it just says invalid file...Ah well, worth a try lol

I unbricked mine by successfully from the same scenario. I.e trying to upgrade a hacked grey E2 to become the latest sampler.

This still working with the last update? And about to change the 4 numbers... Which are they? Cause i see more than 4 numbers different... When he told bout downloading the software he speaks bout the software update right? Sorry i'm pretty new. I have sounds made by Nord Lead 2x and i want to import them to the elctribe 2 (grey one)

Hi all! I hacked my grey electribe with success and now i can move from the e2 to the es2 quite simply.
I have a question. I love some of the factory sounds that are on the es2 (e.g. NylonGuitar) but unfortunately not on the e2. Is it possible, operating on the system file or somewhere else, to substitute some of the sounds of the e2 with some of the es2?

You succeded in hacking with the latest update? Which are the 4 numbers to change in hex that he mention in the guide?

I had already the previous version.. However, I saw that online you can find tutorials for downgrading the system successfully

meanwhile, has someone successfully applied the hack on an E2 with the current version with previous downgrading and then updated it to the current version?

does anybody have the updates 1.10 for the e2 and 1.06 for the e2S ??

would you send me the 1.10 for the e2, and the 1.06 fot the sampler (or another who works fine) ??
