I remember so vividly when it first came out. Going to Yamaha shows in my mid teen and drooling over this unit.

Man time flies.
Never had a DX 7 but I did own a DX 5 which is pretty high on the list of stuff I wish I'd never got rid of!

Mine was a Paia do-it-yourself Synth. It was an electronic kit you had to put together.

My first synth was a Korg DW6000, followed quickly by a DW8000, then a DX5...great board but a bear to lug around in its flight case!

I hate to admit it but it was an Arp 2600....it was brand new and that was a long time ago. I had just been told yesterday that my Kronos is on the way to the dealer---then it should be on its way to me! :)

Korg T3EX.... I bought this at a sale just after graduating from high school and I still own and love this board! I've owned plenty of Korg and Roland gear over the years but I've never been able to part with the T3. It's a keeper and I'll only sell it if someone offers me a good price for it.... and even then I'd have very strong reservations! :)

EDP Wasp!

Still have it in perfect condition.

I wanted a mini Moog but I was only 11 years old when my generous parents gave in to my pleading for a synth to go with my Bontempi organ!!!

Great memories ( but none in the synth)!
