Congrats! You're a very good programmer. You and baboosh could've solved s lot of problems, only if korg had co-operated ...

And you should definitely get credit for how you present your software. Something I noticed is that you totally keep your focus on the quality of the product and not on useless emotional background stuff that nobody cares about. If there's been a criticism or question, you don't get offended at all. No weird games..etc... =D>

Several messages deleted

Lika - you are on the edge of being banned - be careful.
Unnecessary, irrelevant and rude remarks are not tolerated.
I don't understand what your problem is and why you would have reason to treat Wavextrator that way..
This forum is closely monitored by its moderators and administration - any inappropriate advertising is always immediately dealt with and is not your problem.

I'm in a good mood today so I'll just delete your unpleasant messages and leave it there.

No nothing like that - I am lucky and have the best partner when it comes to music gear - but I may have to do a bit of "chocs & flowers" over the next few months to soften the Kronos/PA3X "hit".

Sorry - getting off the topic here but must say that I LOVE the M3 !!!!!

Cheers mate

Pete

Hi WaveXtractor,

I still think there's a slim chance that Korg will release a librarian software to merge sets during the next major event. I just find it very hard to believe that they completely ignored our request. I know it's a long shot, but in case if they didn't do this again (surprise!!!) , do you think it would be totally impossible to achieve this without their help?

They way I think of is: Nothing is impossible!!!

It's just a matter of dedication, time and hard work.

I'm not sure ihowever, if anyone is or should be prepared to spend their time on something KORG has no support on!!!

Right. So let me ask you this. As far as programming goes, how hard you think this is for a programmer like yourself to come up with this software if you did have korg's support on your side? Let's say , Korg supplied you with all the codes and info you need to have.

I just want to understand the level of difficulty and complexity involved in this. After seeing what you and baboosh have done, this just seems totally possible to accomplish if you guys had access to whatever you needed to see. That's not true?

You are quite right. It is totally possible to achieve. Though it would still be complex & difficult and have its challenges, it would ultimately speed up the whole process if we had KORG's support, then it would only be a matter of days/weeks to implement everything and get ready.

Is there any chance for making this program under linux platform?
