Kaossilator Pro - unwanted glitches

WTF!? Are you kidding me? At first i thought i was tripping out, figured i must have messed up. But no, every little song i put together ends up getting a glitch like the ones they put on trial plug ins. This makes me mad. I've had it 3 days and unless Korg does a patch or something it's getting sent back.
Well guys I hate to tell you all this but the glitches you all speak of are all related to the fact that you are using an instant looper that once it reaches it's set max time limit, it cuts out. That "cutting out" is where the glitch/click is coming from. I have dealt with this on the RC20 loop station, the DD20 giga delay sound on sound feature and in samplers like the es1 and the KP3. It's live "sampled" sound. Now I had thought that the KO Pro might have been built with some magic fairy dust to remedy the situation but nope...Tinker Bell didn't make a visit to Korg. So off to practicing the technique of live looping. And yes Live looping is something you have to practice...timing is everything, you have to learn how to be your own "quantize" button.
There are some easy tricks though. Thanks to the fact that triggering live looping is so one touch easy, it leaves room for your other hand to control other things like the Line-in/Program volume. When you know that your loop is going to end you just turn down the Volume of the input being recorded for loop.
A lot of times I figure out a way the glitches can be worked in to the piece...the glitches are timed to a beat, so why not!
I hope this gives you all some perspective.

Never had this problem before, until yesterday. More than two years after I bought my Kaossilator Pro+... the noise is generated on the time 1 (not at the end, but just at the beginning of the loop)... it's certainly not the same as when you have done a bad loop (regarding the timing)... but seems to be a problem with the unit itself.
...
Digging deeply into the problem, I realize that the problem disappears (momentarily) when you change some things on the Function settings... on [6] UTILITY, you can change SYNC to off... and what it does, is (for a while) avoid the click noise/glitch... however, the problem comeback every time you change the tempo where you're working with... this probably because, as the manual specified "if you change the length of the phrase or if you change the BPM, the recorder will automatically function as if SYNC were on"
That's all that I have... I'm freaking out with this issue. Large part of my sound on my band comes primarily from my Kaossilator pro+
