I just asked Jack from Music Gear about the MIDI capabilities and he told me that only the Music Gear's styles are locked. Non MG styles and everything else are not locked.

In this case what is the difference between MG styles and Music Gear's styles?

Only MG (Music Gear) styles are locked. Everything else unlocked. MG is just short for Music Gear.

How much RAM do you have?

The user available RAM is still 400MB for now, but the keyboard has an additional 2GB RAM for the Music Gear additional samples whoch means that the MG Edition has all the international edition samples plus the samples from Music Gear.

If this is true, it shows how Korg does not take user samples serious...
if this is true... its a shame.

There is no extra "Memory" in this Edition , all Pa4X versions share the same motherboard flash memory and there is a surplus
of 1,5 - 2 GB of nand flash in basic international version that is preserved for "localized" usage like in MG/Musicant versions.
Based on this fact many of advanced users/developers were expecting this free space to be provided as streaming space
for user's custom samples ...
