I would set it up in a combi as follows: (let's use a symth lead sound)

D E F# G A B C#
F# G A B C# D E

part 1 synth lead - key zone D4 through C#5
part 2 synth lead - key zone D4 through D4 - transposed +4 ( F#)
part 3 synth lead - key zone E4 through G4 - transposed +3 ( G / A / B )
part 4 synth lead - key zone A4 through A4 - transposed +4 ( C# )
part 5 synth lead - key zone B4 through C#5 - transposed +3 ( D / E )
