Yeah, Sorry what I meant was even with the oscillator level only up 3/4 of the way the hiss wasn't very noticeable. Mine is the same, hiss is present as soon as you press a key. The osc levels have no effect on the volume of the hiss but the louder you have the oscillators the less noticeable the hiss becomes. The wight noise was being swept by the filter as if it was bleeding through from the oscillator and the hiss from the amp when it was open
