3) Contact your local store where you purchased KLC. A store that sells Korg products has to buy them from someone. If your dealer has a problem with Korg hardware, who do they call?

The key points are:
1) Korg does have a Distributor in Russia
2) That Korg distributor IS responsible for service of ALL Korg products, including hardware and software
3) A local dealer MUST have a way to contact the Korg Country Distributor.
