The problem is only in this area of the screen?

To minimize PA1000 touchscreen misoperation effect i suggest to use as small fingertip area as possible while touching.

As far as i can see misopertion takes place when right side of touchscreen gets touched.

P.S. I'd suggest to rename this topic to explicitly name the problem discussed if possible.

So this is not all PA1000? Only three with such a problem?

Shander, and other owners of Korg pa1000, who have problems with the display! Please tell me the year, month, date of manufacture of your synthesizer. I just want to understand, all of a sudden it happens with devices from any one particular manufactured batch of tools. The owner of Korg pa1000 from Moscow has a 2017 release. Thank you in advance!

I do not know where the date is indicated. On the synthesizer, alas, no. The OS was 1.1.0. Now the OS is 1.2.0. Today included minutes 6 did not manifest the problem. But after stronger than usual.

I understand that we are 3 people with this problem. Since so far, no one has responded.

Interestingly, what if the pa1000 screen problem is related to its mobility, the ability to lift it? In pa700 with its fixed screen, I didn’t see such a problem on the Internet. Maybe pa1000 any screen wire frayed and loses contact when it is raising-lowering?

I never raised the screen. I generally think there are only three of us. For a long time already owners pa1000 raised noise.

Friends. Question. Here we assume that the problem with the screen. Suppose because of the heat, it starts to fail. But then why, if you restart Korg, the problem does not appear immediately? So it's not about heating. He does not cool for a reboot. What other reason could it be !? The problem may come 3 minutes after switching on. Or maybe through 10. Any ideas?

I would face this problem right after having my PA1000 started. On the other hand sometimes the problem would entirely go away following the synth being ON for some hours. And last but not least when my Korg had spent 30 minutes outside the house (ambient temperature was nearly +10c) and then was taken back home and turned on i could see no touchscreen problem at all.
