Hey, congrats on the arrival of your 88 noter!
I'm in Sydney and picked mine up today... serial number is 800 and something... it's in the car at the moment.
I wanted to ask since yours is a similar batch to mine, is there any problem with either a loose jog wheel, or with the metal trim under the keyboard section being loose on the right hand side (beneath the top few notes)?
I haven't opened mine yet, but I'm hoping these two issues have been sorted out...
Cheers and enjoy the new arrival!!
Mike
Jealous. None made it to Tasmania, so I am still waiting.

It completely came out of the blue actually - I was told earlier this week that it was still expected to arrive in late October, so I couldn't believe it when I got the call that it had landed on Wednesday!
You might find that yours arrives a bit sooner than you expect - good luck!

how can I check this???

1. press on the right side of the dial
2. press on the left side of the dial
3. repeat steps one and two a few times if necessary.
If the dial falls off, it's the old design and you need a new one.

and you can get a new one by contacting Korg support (or your shop probably). I think you can exchange them yourself.
