i3 2020 keyboard set not included?

hello there is been a while ,, i was trying to find a way to change sounds while playing a song , for example from a piano sound change to a saxophone sound on the fly , this keyboard does have style performance set but is factory preset and cant be changed and saved , i am looking on the owners manual including video on youtube but i cant find any info on this , is it me ? or this i3 does not have a keyboard set option like the PA series??
